Dianna Agron made an interesting choice for the red carpet at the 2011 Emmy Awards tonight.
The ‘Glee’ actress chose a gorgeous indigo Roksanda Ilincic Fall 2011 dress.
Her silk sleeveless dress is tied at the waist with a matching belt and drapes down into a beautiful train.
Dianna accessorized with a black embellished clutch and strappy sandals.
She also added beautiful jewels to her look including diamond earrings and a matching bracelet.
A sleek updo with Old Hollywood style side bangs, matching blue eyeshadow and dark nail polish completed her ensemble.
This was one of my favourite looks from tonight.
From the unexpected designer to the beautiful colour, everything about this look is flawless.

i don’t like the color on her. i get that she’s girly and that’s her approach to fashion, but with her recent attempts at being edgy, something closer to the runway look would have been the perfect way to do it.
I actually think this is dreadful. It ages her dramatically.
I totally agree–she is a young woman and she should be having some fun , not looking like her mother.

I agree completely. The gown on the runway is stunningly beautiful, but o Dianna, especially on Tv, it looked awful. The neckline was too high and the hair and makeup too old, and it jsut looked matronly adn super eighties. The drape on the chest is also not great sitting on the chest adn overall it just looked frumpy. The creases make it even worse.
I think the dress looks great on the model but sits a little strangely on Dianna. Her boobs look saggy and lopsided which imparts a too-sloppy look onto the rest of the dress. And the creases! Has anyone ever worn satin to an event without the horrible creases?
Agree, satin on the red carpet does not look good on anyone since it produces creases when you sit. It just doesn’t look right on her. Maybe because she’s a bit short for the dress and the draping doesn’t flow so well on her dress.

Love the color, but the dress isn’t laying right against her neck/shoulder area for some reason. Looks better on the model.

I don’t really like this dress on her, it seems unfitting for her frame making her frame seem more wider than it is. I wish it had the same shape as the dress from the runway.
I love the colour and I think it’s a very nice look, but the shoes seem a bit heavy for the look, from the little I can see of them.
I love the colour and all the rest, but I would loved it even more if the dress wasn’t so close to the neck. But I think she looks grat and is one of the best dressed of the night!
She is a hit eveyrtime but I agree with eveyone when they say it ages her and it looks like an odd fit too. She looks as if she’s had bad breast work done

The dress is so beautiful and the color is gorgeous, but is not flattering on her, looks a lot of better in the model.
I think if you don’t have thin arms or a long neck, you cannot wear this dress. Sadly, Diana did not agree.
The color is beautiful, would have been SOOOOO much better on her if they had changed it to a V-neck or boatneck.
