Cat Deeley struck a pose on the red carpet at the 2011 Emmy Awards tonight.
The TV presenter chose a stunning Monique Lhuillier Resort 2012 gown.
Her gown features a sweetheart neckline and silver and gold sequin embellishments over a gorgeous white tulle train. It’s also tied at the waist with a grey braided rope belt.
Cat accessorized with a brown and gold snakeskin clutch which instantly spoiled the princess feel of the gown.
It’s completely the wrong choice and it looks like she accidently picked it up on her way out.
Trademark beachy hair, Bvlgari jewels and glowing makeup completed Cat’s red carpet look.

The dress is gorgeous. Don’t think Cat brings anything to it, though
Arrgh! That bag! Don’t they know how much they disappoint us when they do things like that? Breathtaking otherwise.
I like the dress, but it compete with the beachy relaxed style of the rest of the look. Also, while it is a gorgeous dress, I just cannot see it on Cat, regardless of the hair, I always think of her as being, as I said, mroe beachy, or more fashion forward, so it just doesn’t work.
+1 and FC nailed the horrors of the bag.
why do i feel i have seen this dress before on the red carpet? it’s beautiful but the rest of the styling is atrocious. She looks unkempt. Bummer

Pose, hair, makeup and accessories have totally taken away the etheral feel of this gown
i love this girl since her mtv days, she got that something about her that no matter what she wears shes the best dressed of the night
and yap the embroidery on the dress is a copy from an oscar de la renta dress i saw few seasons ago ! but hey shes not the 1 2 blame !
