Lady GaGa was spotted by paparazzi posing for a photo shoot with Annie Leibovitz in Central Park on Monday.
The attention-grabbing singer looked divine in a Valentino Couture Fall 2011 gown.
Her stunning gown features a sheer bodice with intricate gold detailing all over, which trails off into a beautiful feathered hem.
GaGa’s look was styled with a tan fur stole, towering nude platform heels and a feathered bird headpiece.
Even though her look is for a photo shoot, it’s classic GaGa style. The feminine gown is made edgy with the addition of those incredible platforms and headpiece and I think she looks amazing.
Seriously dramatic eye makeup and pink lipstick completed her ensemble.

She looks great, for a photoshoot.
The thing for me is that she could easily have worn this on her way through JFK or out shopping, just as an “everyday outfit”. Maybe not the couture gown but certainly those platforms together with other extravagant outfits.
This has made me lose interest in her as it feels like she’s only trying to top the last outfit… It’s too much and too ridiculous.
But for photoshoots and stage performances it’s a different thing.
I kinda agree with you. I would be surprised to see her with normal shoes and outfits.
if it wasnt for those hideous bricks on her feet this would actually look quite nice.

How she can make Valentino look like drag is beyond me.
because she is a drag?I
They have styled her just to look like Lulu Guinness
I meant Daphne Guinness LOL, sorry
I thought the same!!
Yes, I thought the same too, styled as if Daphne Guinness
Always different & always the same..
I must admit I love this look.
Yes, I love too. It reminds me the 3 opening looks of the Christian Dior Fall 2005 Couture collection, as the brought the same old ghostly drama with the feathered bird headpiece and the makeup.
this is my favorite dress of all fall 2011 couture collections and i was praying to see it on the red carpet
Love it…except for the wooden platforms.
Absolutely striking! I`m actually impressed. This is how you take the ridiculous mess that she usually is, and turn into something interesting and artistic. And she carries this look brilliantly. Fabulous.
I agree with you … and I never like her. Except for the shoes.
Even the shoes work here for me – they make the equally bold headpiece work, pull the look together. Flawless realization of a creative idea, in my opinion.
Um… isn’t this the same dress Keira Knightley wore recently?
