Sarah Jessica Parker attended the New York Premiere of her latest movie, “I Don’t Know How She Does It” last night.
The actress chose an Antonio Berardi dress for her big night.
Her black crochet maxi features extra trim running down the centre back of the dress.
SJP accessorized with black pointed-toe pumps and a silk black clutch.
Blonde wavy hair and summery makeup complemented her tan.
Unfortunately I’m not that excited about this look. I was expected something a lot more inspiring from SJP.
Some killer, stand-out accessories would’ve got me excited.
This feels a bit flat for a New York Premiere.
She’s had much better looks during this promotional tour.

“She’s had much better looks during this promotional tour.” – Ditto.
i totally agree. She had better looks during day time events in Europe.
Weird.
+1
I agree, too. Maybe she thought since she was in New York she had to wear black! LOL
I’ve seen better looks from her, but I like it.
Oooh, I LOVE her hair, though! Glossy, beautiful waves!
Meh !! I am very underwhelmed, especially after her great promotional tour. More Prabal Gurung was needed.
i bet she tried to wear those white shoes
ha….
loved this dress!
I like it, works for me! There`s absolutely no need here for stand-out accessories of any kind (would`ve been an overkill), in my opinion, considering the details on the dress and esp. her hair – the best stand-out accessory. Once again works perfectly for me the way it is.
Whew, I glad someone likes it, as I feel the same – pitch perfect, no accessories needed!
Not only I like it, I actually think she ROCKS this dress! Great fit, fantastic silhouette, such an interesting and sexy detail on the back of the dress, perfectly completed with the gorgeous feminine wavy stand-out hair, no excessive bling-bling – perfectly and tastefully done – I`ll go as far as to nominate this for my BDOTW worthy.
I agree–I love the way she looks in this dress.
I agree-it’s NYC cool, nothing needs to be added or taken:)
wish she wore sandals or peep toes. the pointed toe pumps just make it seem witchy to me.
her best accessory has to be her smile though.
Yeah, the dress is underwhelming.
WTF SJP
This is horrible…it’s not only boring, it’s ugly and unflattering.
Boring as heck. What happened?
I wouldn’t risk wearing accessories that could catch and pull on a crochet garment. It was smart of her to choose a black dress that could still show detail in print. But, I agree, it’s not a showstopper.
zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz.
hair is awful
