Jameela Jamil attended the 2011 GQ Men Of The Year Awards in a very sexy sheer look.
The TV presenter chose a short black Amanda Wakeley Fall 2011 cocktail dress which features a long sheer overlay and an embellished peplum.
Jameela accessorized with black peep-toe heels, a black diamond bracelet and diamond ring.
She finished her look by wearing her long hair down and adding bold red lips.
I also prefer the dress with the leather waistband as presented on the runway.
It’s a shame Jameela is covering the most interesting details of her dress with her hands.
She needs “How to work a gown” 101 lessons from Sarah Jessica Parker.

i think sheer at the bottom of the dress is becoming a trend…i’ve seen quite a lot celebrities wearing them
literally just yawned looking at this picture. could be the lack of sleep most likely though the lack of attitude or life in her outfit.
Quite underwhelming. As cute as she is, the whole thing is just not working – I want SEXY (with this sexy strapless sheer dress), NOT CUTE!!!
Boring shoes, the waistband is def. missing, and she is not working this sexy look at all – I`d rather send her to take a lesson on “how to work a gown” to Amber Heard, really don`t think SJP can be of any help.
Boring.
To add to the not so flattering comments above: I wish that she would be more creative with her hair and lips. I am very tired of that same old combo of fringe and bold red lippy. I think the dress is beautiful but not worn by the right person, unfortunately.
I loathe that pose with a passion, J. Hud has worked it to death.
i don’t like this style of dress at all….
