Valeria Golino attended the 2011 Gucci Award For Women In Cinema event in Venice, Italy this weekend.
As a Juror for the event, Valeria picked this seductive Gucci Fall 2011 magenta gown.
Her voile creponne sleeveless deep V-neck dress features a black leather belt around the waist.
Valeria accessorized with purple Gucci python round toe pumps and a matching python clutch.
She also added some standout jewelry including diamond bracelets and diamond rings.
Her wild curly tresses were complemented by seductive smoky eyes.
This super sexy dress was one of my favourites from Gucci’s Fall 2011 collection so I’m a little disappointed that Valeria’s hairstyle doesn’t complement it very well.
I wish it was tamed and slicked back like on the runway.

arrrrgh i would kill to wear a dress from this collection! every single piece is divine!!
Although I know many hate her, but this dress cries out for Blake Lively. She could rock it. It’s a sexy dress. Unfortunately, Valeria doesn’t do it justice.
Great dress but the wild hair and the look on her face don’t do it justice…
+1
It feels like it is just hanging there, I like the tea dress length of the model and the slicked back hair does work so much better with the bow at the neckline.
Chanel Iman is WORKING that dress on the runway! First time I’ve ever recognized a model wearing the dress lol
This woman and this dress do not belong together. Both lovely, but not a good match.
I agree, totally.
Well, you know, I don’t think it would have worked ony with “tamed and slicked back” hair. Th right curly do would have been awesome with this dress, but it’s not like her hair was styled at all, just her “normal” hair.
i agree. if she’d put more volume into her hair and really worked it, it would’ve been amazing. instead it’s kind of in between and just… there.
My first thought was how much I hate her hair, but on my second look, I am finding out that it’s pretty much as good as it gets.
The real problem is the dress – it’s just not good.
I love this dress…would prefer it on someone more statuesque and with the attitude to work it.
The 80s called… They want their hairstyle back.
