Keira Knightley finally graced the 2011 Venice Film Festival with her presence and I couldn’t be more excited.
Do you remember the 2007 Venice Film Festival when she glowed in Chanel Couture?
Today she attended the “A Dangerous Method” Photocall wearing a Mary Katrantzou Fall 2011 dress.
I find this multi-print dress so very refreshing.
It’s been a while since Keira wore a designer outside her favoured Chanel, Valentino and Rodarte rotation – but no doubt she will pick one of them for the Premiere tonight.
Her silk dress was paired with neutral pumps and a striking new sleek bob.
She’s working that pout.

I find her pursed lips incredibly annoying and so too the shoes. The dress itself though is intriguing, different and I like it.

I don’t like this length normally, but I have to say she looks outstanding and that’s such a beautiful dress, so different to what we’re used to.
At first I thought the print on the upper part of the dress was too big, but the more I looked at the dress, the more I liked it. It really is interesting and fun. The shoes don’t bother me, even though I’m sick of nude patent pumps. They have been such an overkill……… Nice haircut! Her makeup is great, too. Two Thumbs Up!

I ***LOVE*** this dress and her new hair. The shoes were a mistake. The hair, though, provides an interesting art nouveau touch to a rather nouveau print. What shoes would work better?

I think she wore those shoes to give a bit of length to her legs and to make her ankles look slim for photos taken in long shot. If she had worn daintier shoes, with the length of the dress, what is showing of her legs would not look as long and streamlined.
