Bar Refaeli took to the red carpet last night for the “Carnage” Premiere during the 2011 Venice Film Festival.
She wore an Emilio Pucci Fall 2011 jumpsuit.
This is an interesting change of pace for Israeli model, as I’m so used to seeing her in mini dresses.
Her body looks outstanding in this jumpsuit with lace panels, but I would’ve preferred a gown.
Being effortless is one thing, but it wish she’d taken some time to do something with her hair.

So question FC: I understand why you would want gowns on red carpets for grand events such as big name film festivals, big awards shows, etc. But would you take jumpsuits on the red carpet over daytime dresses (example: Bar vs. Marisa Tomei from last night)?
As for Bar, she looks beautiful. Yes I would have liked a gown too, but this has been a very unique film festival so far, so I am not surprised.
I would rather this jumpsuit over Marsia’s Erdem dress
It is the ugliest jumpsuit since Katie Holmes’ one for her Holmes/Young line.
Or I am mistaken.
It is the ugliest jumpsuit ever.
Maybe not the ugliest jumpsuit of all, but It is hideous indeed. I would rather Marisa’s Erdem dress anytime..
I agree with you FC, her hair is distracting. This not the best she can look, we have seen her give us outstanding looks at Cannes this year, so its difficult to get excited about this look.
I think if she had put her hair up or just had a polished hairdo than this would have worked for the red carpet. The hair really brings this down.
+1
her body is outstanding, but am i the only one who thinks the fit is off between her leg, i.e. the crotch? Not the most flattering look.
My fought exactly.
right she looks weird
I really like it when Bar goes for the fresh, healthy look, so I’m kind of bummed out about the hair and make-up. It makes for a really heavy look.
I would have preferred an evening gown too, but i love her hair, looks amazing
Euwww too tight in a certain area Bar!! And just a bit to short. should havea skinny leg, the wide leg is naff looking.
great. but bad hair and its missing a pop of colour
refreshing. i think she pulled off the just back from vacation, i feel fabulous vibe perfectly.
I am not liking this look at all!
You can only be crazy to talk about her hair. She is gourgeuos and you are jealous.
Please grow up.
She is beautiful but the hair is lazy…to say I’m jealous shows how juvenile you are.
This site is not about hating or being jealous, just talking about preferences.
Dear FC, don’t even bother!
I know, but sometimes I just don’t understand how people think
Haha, .. ofcourse we are jealous of Bar.. who isn’t..
she is gorgeous.. NOT HERE though and ofcourse we are gonna point it out..
Jumpsuits without waist definition are impossible to pull off.. – Lesson by Bar Rafaeli
you said it very well
I totally agree. The lace panels make it kind of trashy. I can’t explain my impression better, but it looks like a jumpsuit-shaped nightgown. Not flattering. At all.
I think jumpsuits are only for long lean statuesque bodies. Bar is quite short to pull this off.
Bar is Quite short?!!!!
I don’t think we call a 1.74 m (5 ft 8.5 in) Model quite short in any standard!!!
The fit of the jumssuite is not good(Between her legs)But that doesn’t relate to her Height.
the lace makes it look cheap.
+1 and why she looks old in second picture
She looks old because of the skin damage that has become noticeable from her excessive tanning. She looks like she’s in her mid thirties in these photos.
She looks amazing! very beautiful
I don’t like. She looks… unkempt.
