After her quirky Atelier Versace and Christian Dior Couture choices, she opted for a sophisticated yet flirty Elie Saab Resort 2012 ensemble.
She paired a chartreuse chiffon blouse with a snakeskin belt and black satin pencil skirt.
The hair doesn’t quite work for me with her look, but Katy never follows the fashion rules.
Giuseppe Zanotti suede cobalt blue jeweled peep toes completed her look.

She looks like some sort of cartoon secretary….!
I’m sorry, I know she’s Katy Perry but I really can’t get over the pink hair.
i think she needs to wear it with a monochromatic look, but this is waaaaaaaay too much! plus i see just a tad of blonde hair starting to grow out and it leaves me wondering how much she’ll leave that unattended!
She’s trying to look more sophisticated without loosing the “edge”.. Not working with that hair colour, it’s hideous! For the VMAs yes, but not more than that.. And I liked Ryanna’s red!
I actually love her pink hair with the sorbet yellow of the top. It is cute and quirky like a classic cartoon character.

LOVE katy, but if she’s going to wear that much color on her body, I feel like she needs to tone it down on her face. ALso, even though she is very slender, this cut makes her look matronly– at least, in this picture. Definitely my least favorite look for her.
This is bad. She has a great figure but in this outfit she looks fat. Maybe pink hair wasn’t a bad idea for her but she could’ve done this better. She looks like a teenager that wanted to rebel against her parents and decided to dye her hair.
Just no Katy maybe if you had your black hair again this MIGHT work but there are just to many colors clashing here to even be cute its just blech

I hate to say it because i usually love the quirky girls like zoey and her, but this reminds me of Dame Edna. I like dame edna too, maybe she could wear rhinestone rimmed glasses.
I dont like the top on her, she has a very large ummmm chest that doesnt work well with lacy lingere style things for me, i felt the same about her tom ford gown!
