Last night Sarah Jessica Parker looked like a modern day ‘Little Red Riding Hood’ wearing Giambattista Valli Couture to the “I Don’t Know How She Does It” film presentation at the at Ritz Carlton hotel in Moscow, Russia.
This afternoon she attended the photocall wearing a Prabal Gurung lace print dress from the Fall 2011 collection.
I love the cut of her elegant lace-print dress which gives her an amazing silhouette.
This is such a bold design that I was unsure we would see it on the red carpet, but SJP more than does it justice.
I much prefer the hair today which is worn in loose waves.
On trend Ferragamo toe-cap pumps completed her look.

this dress looks incredible on her. I adore the shoe choice.
If i would change something about this look, i would have had the hair tied back to show off the white fabric around the shoulders. But i can live with the long locks.

beautiful! however i do disagree with you FC, i don’t think the dress is that bold at all. as gorgeous as it is, i do prefer the catwalk version with the unmodified hem.
I think she makes up for the hem with the white/cream cap shoes
nah, i would have liked it better with the hem. although i think it was wise of her to let the hem go because it might have made her look a lot shorter, it might have looked ill-fitting/overwhelmed her

Likewise. I would suggest this one over Giambattista Valli for BDOTW contender; Charlotte Casiraghi has made it impossible for anyone else to look half as good on it as she did.
Prabal Gurung for me, Giambattista Valli was too much

Honestly I wasn’t really feeling the other look. I would for sure go with this one for BDOTW.
It feels like the top white part was shortened so the red line became higher than on a model and it made figure more feminine. That’s why this dress looks better on SJP

sarah jessica parker looks absolutely amazing in this dress! this whole outfit, this whole look is soooo bdotw worthy! i want everything she has on! her body looks so good in the dress, and the shoes are so delish! pointy toed shoes are DEF coming back.

I definitely prefer this look to the Giambattista Valli. She totally owns this from head to toe.
This dress is easily much, much better than the slight travesty that was teh valli gown and cape. I much, much prefer her hair, I am nto against volume, but frizz, especially when paired with a centre part and slicked back hair, is a no-go. Her makeup is also so, so much better. I adore how this dress seems to evoke what I believe her style is in the movie, as far as I can tell by the trailer anyway.
Did she explain why she left her family in the middle of a hurricane to go promote a movie??
I’m petty sure she took her young family with her because she took them with her during her Asia tour.

Voting for the Prabal Gurung dress as a BDOTW contender. Seeing the Louboutin “Lion paw” pumps on another site took the whole look into fashion victim territory for me (Red Riding Hood is turning into the predator?) – and preferred Charlotte Casiraghi’s iteration.
