It looks like I was wrong as Charlotte Casiraghi was actually the first person to wear a look from the Giambattista Valli Fall 2011 Couture collection.
The Princess wore her blue strapless bustier gown and cape whilst attending the official dinner and firework celebrations after the religious ceremony for the Royal Wedding of Prince Albert II of Monaco and Princess Charlene of Monaco last month.
Her gown was accented with a jeweled belt which we didn’t see on the runway when the show was presented a few days after the wedding ceremony.
SJP wore the same dress in red tonight on the red carpet for the “I Don’t Know How She Does It” Moscow Film Presentation with simple gold Fred Leighton jewels.
I want to give this to SJP as she showcased this gown so perfectly tonight, but I love the addition of the jeweled belt and the soft blue colour so Charlotte wins for me.

Even if her jewels don’t fit with the belt , my vote is going to Charlotte. I don’t like SJP’s hair and she looks like red riding hood with that cape.
FC did u see the lion paw Louboutins Sarah wore with the gown I was like WTF they were horrible
yes I mentioned them in the post below.
personally I liked them
Me too:) I think they’re cut I want a pair
I mean *cute*
This dress is fit for a princess & Charlotte accessorized so well so she wins for me.
+1
+2
sarah’s hair is a mess, charlotte looks stunning
on a different note, i love capes and would love to own one
Charlotte all the way!
Sarah looks like she’s in a costume. Charlotte’s accessories make the dress stand out and look more like a gown than a costume.
Charlotte’s looks better, much better. The blue version is more sophisticated than the red one, IMO, and SJP’s hair and lack os assessories are a downer. Plus, like someone else mentioned, SPJ looks like she is in a costume.
The red dress and cape just look too heavy for SJP’s petite frame. I actually think they’d both look better if they’d switch dresses. The belt is perfection, Charlotte didn’t need the earrings.
Charlotte without a doubt. Very elegant–SJP looks way overdressed.
Charlotte looked divine, the color is beautiful, SJP looked like she’s going to a masked party.
I prefer Charlotte’s look, the belt really wins it.
charlotte for me. although it would have looked better with that ridiculoua cape.
When I saw the post with Sarah Jessica Parker, I thought it was a perfect look and that it would definitely win in a Who Wore It Better poll. But when I saw Charlotte Casiraghi, I loved the colour of her gown and I think the belt adds a lot to the look – and suddenly, Sarah Jessica Parker looked like Red Riding Hood to me!
I love both! This dress is just incredible! Charlotte looks a princess (I know she’s) and Sarah like a queen! Just perfect!
Love the dress in blue. Love the belt. Sarah JP looks kinda short/petite in comparison to Charlotte.
I agree.. My vote goes to SJP.. Charlotte looks pretty in the blue n i also like the addition of that belt but the difference i thinknis in the face.. Sarah looks powerful like a queen!! If that makes sense
SJP without a doubt!!
