After spending the week cruising around the on the French Riviera, Rihanna docked in Portofino, Italy yesterday.
She was the center of attention as she walked through the crowds wearing a stunning YSL Spring 2011 white backless jumpsuit with cut-out detailing.
The singer looks great, but a belt would’ve enhanced this look significantly.
RiRi added her favourite Fendi platform sandals, Prada Baroque sunglasses and a tie-dye Christian Louboutin ‘Miss Rope’ bag.
As night fell, Rihanna changed into another haltered look.
This time she wore a champagne silk Lanvin Resort 2010 gown with a fringe neckline.
She kept the same piled high hairstyle and red lips, but opted to wear strappy Christian Louboutin sandals.

rihanna’s got a great figure but the fit of the first jumpsuit does nothing for her figure at all. it’s loose and fitted badly in the chest and makes her thighs wider than they appear when we all know she’s tall, sleek and no where near wide

The white jumpsuit might be one of those “so bad, that it’s actually good”-looks. It’s not what ANYONE should be wearing EVER, but I kind of enjoy it. I think it’s the insane hair.
The Lanvin intrigues me, but it just doesn’t work.
Jumpsuits seem to be the new leggings. They are the thing to wear and everyone wants to wear them – but because of their design, almost no one can pull them off.

Reading comments above, I don’t think there are fit issues with the Lanvin jumpsuit, it’s actually meant to be that baggy and sloppy looking. I quite much love it.

I am incredibly impressed with Rihanna’s fashion sense during her European vacation, at least the looks featured on this blog. Chic, worldly, sophisticated yet youthful with a dash of rock star thrown in. Not the typical tight and short. J’adore the Lanvin including the hair.
