Solange Knowles and her son Daniel Julez Smith, Jr. attend the INC International Concepts announcement at Open House Gallery in New York City last night.
The singer/DJ managed to restore my love for the colour-blocking trend after it was butchered on the red carpet the night before by Rashida Jones and Elizabeth Banks.
She wore a beige, black and red INC top with some J. Crew mustard cropped pants and animal print YSL Tribute pumps.
Apart from her top my main focus was on her Emilio Pucci ‘Marquise’ bag.
Pucci’s “it” bag has an adjustable gold chain strap with a leather handle, plus pierced and studded gold hardware along the edges of the front flap closure.

Solange has been a Lot more stylish lately.
She looks gorgeous, love her hair, really nice to see a woman with a gorgeous fro and not extensions! Also the style kinda reminds me of Olivia Palermo’s style…

I’m all for rockin’ your natural hair, but this hairstyle on Solange looks awful. She’s had it for way too long and needs to grow it out.

I like her hair how it is, much more than than those braids she had or Beyonce blonde weave. I find it funny how little either Knowles sister wears their clothing line in public.

Love the accessories with this outfit – the playful animal print pumps make it interesting, lovely bracelets, adore the cute little bag! As for the colour-blocking, it`s played so safe here (red and black…), very simple, no ridiculous combos and divisions, I`ll give it a pass.
