Rose McGowan had a second look which she wore backstage at the 2011 VH1 Do Something Awards which took place at the Hollywood Palladium in California on Sunday.
She showed-off even more leg by wearing a Reem Acra mini dress.
Her satin red mini dress with floral embroidery was paired with nude patent heels and emerald Adeler earrings.
The only thing she kept from her red carpet look was her perfect pink pout.

She had a car accident and glass cut up her face, I’m surprised nobody knows this…
She had that accident in 2007 … I think she has had something else done since then, though. She looks much different than she did even last year.
I agree. She looked natural a few months ago, but now she looks like she’s had more work.
I agree. It almost looks like she had a face lift, given how high her eyebrows are and the odd stiffness in her face. She’s only in her late thirties, what is this?
She was in a car crash in which she almost lost her eye and that demanded a bunch of surgery.

this is an awesome dress on rose, but her face looks like diane von fursetnberg with the cheekbones, the high eyebrows and her hair !!! simplehair and make up changes would fix that!
