Claire Danes attended the Showtime and Cinema Society premiere of her new television show “Homeland” at a private residence on Saturday in East Hampton, NY.
She looked very summery wearing a L’Wren Scott Fall 2011 dress.
Her white fully embellished dress with cap sleeves and a high-neckline was paired with simple nude pumps and Yossi Harari earrings.
Nude is very much the new black.
The key to this – as with many of Claire’s red carpet looks – is its simplicity.
Whilst I think this is a good thing, many of you have expressed that you find this a bad thing as you find Claire boring.
I think she’s radiant here.

It is a beautiful look, albeit boring ON HER but I would to see it on someone more interesting.
There are so many lovely pairs of shoes in the world, why must everything be pair with a bland pump these days?
I was just thinking “If only she’d worn a more interesting shoe – even just in a fun color.”
She’s rarely boring for me, she carries simplicity so well. Love it.

Not too crazy about the high neckline on the dress. Shoes are a bore.
with her weird hair colour and the boring nude pumps, she drags down the look for me. I love the dress though. It’s really beautiful, but it would have needed a pop of colour somewhere, preferably the shoes.

personally dun find her boring, shes jus the queen of minimalist rarely taking a wrong step on the redcarpet. i love the fact though shes always simple but the poise and confidence that she presents in each appearence attracts me.

The last thing I would call Claire Danes is boring. Personally, I think she has a classic style……though if I were wearing this, I would have added a pop of color in the shows. I’m not really digging this nude thing
People may find this boring beacuse of her hair… for me , it looks too perfect
Claire always looks classic, but there’s something about this look that makes her look like a well-preserved 50-year old. She’s far too young to be working that look!
