Jayma Mays was pretty in pink at the 10th Annual InStyle Summer Soiree which was held at The London Hotel in West Hollywood, California yesterday.
The ‘Glee’ actress has been seen a lot recently on the red carpet giving us a variety looks with varying success.
On this occasion she wore a Zuhair Murad Fall 2011 mini dress.
Her gorgeous pale pink one-sleeve dress has a delicate beaded detail on the sleeve and skirt plus a pink ribbon accent.
I love everything about this look save the heavy pumps.
Why wear something so delicate and heavenly if you’re going to weigh it down with heavy metallic pumps?
Swarovski jewels completed her look.

FC, I only noticed pumps after ylread you lr comment, first glance at the picture had me thinking she wore perfect tone nude or golden sandals. Skin tone and dress equals winning combo here!

Wow that dress is super cute, fits her personality perfectly. Shame about the fit around her bust, that bulge isn’t pretty. I wish some celebs knew that delicate sandals existed.

it is a nice dress although way too short would have looked alot nicer had it been longer. but seriously her and her stylist need to hear abot STRAPPY SANDALS! she always wears such ugly shoes.

Jayma is so beautiful and this color is amazing on her. But something always doesn’t quite jive for me with her – and I realized it’s the short skirt lengths. She needs to go just an inch or two longer. These short skirts are making her legs look short regardless of the shoes she chooses. IMO
+1 I totally agree with your analysis. With a couple of inches on her skirts, the proportions would work much better. It is a very pretty dress, but probably only looks good that short on someone as skinny and leggy as the model

this dress is sooooo beautiful with her hair and skin, that i will have to overlook the length and shoes.
I love this look from the ankles up. Jayma looks amazing in light pink, and her hair looks so soft and divine. I just dislike that she keeps pairing such delicate, romantic dresses with “edgy” accessories! If absolutely must wear the accessories, wear it with an edgy dress! But come on, it could be worse. She could’ve paired the look with a clutch matching her heels.
