Here are some of the other looks from red carpet for “The Help” LA Premiere.
Garcelle Beauvais: I live for wearing yellow and blue together, so Garcelle had me weak at the knees with the simple yellow Equipment shirt and blue Elizabeth & James pants combo. Upon recovery I noticed her blue suede YSL Palais pumps and was instantly disappointed. They look like slippers from here. I would’ve added yellow or gold heels. I’m not too crazy about the belt either. This look went from a yay to meh very quickly, but the necklace is stunning.
Olga Fonda: The Russian model and actress wore a very sexy Farah Angsana Fall 2011 mini dress with gold embroidered details on the skirt. The red hot number was paired with gold shimmering Jimmy Choo Private sandals and a mini gold clutch. The only thing that bothers me about this look is that the dress is sitting too low. Had she pulled it up a bit, it would’ve looked better.
Octavia Spencer: The actress looked divine in this caramel dress which was paired with champagne coloured glitter pumps. My only issue is the clutch. It’s too big and non too complementary.
Melissa McCarthy: I’m dying over Melissa. She totally worked the red carpet wearing this water colour print Suzi Chin blouson dress. Gold glitter peep-toes, a long necklace and a Missoni clutch completed her look.
Ahna O’Reill: The actress didn’t share Melissa’s zest for accessorizing as she teamed her J. Mendel Fall 2010 dress with black peep-toes and a black satin clutch. Stephen Webster jewels completed her look.
Amy Smart: Lets start with the elephant in the room: her accessories. What possessed Amy to add that oversized Dolce & Gabbana silver metallic clutch and matching ankle boots with a black floral print D&G dress? Answers on a postcard please. Melinda Maria jewels completed her look
Teresa Palmer: The Australian actress wore a Cushnie et Ochs Pre-Fall 2011 turquoise sleeveless jersey dress with geometric sheer paneling. Nude pumps completed her look.
Mary Steenburgen: The actress is chic and seductive in her LBD which she accessorized with gold jewels, black studded sandals and a black clutch.
Katie Leclerc: The ‘Switched at Birth’ actress paired her white Nicole Miller sleeveless dress with fuchsia pumps, bright lips and turquoise earrings. It looks like Jayma Mays started a trend.
