After being hugely disappointed by Olivia Wilde, Mar Saura brings back some much needed glamour to the red carpet.
The Spanish actress attended the Starlite Gala on Saturday wearing an Edition by Georges Chakra Spring 2011 gown.
Her purple ombre chiffon halter gown with Lucite beaded necklace neckline is simple yet breath-taking.
I’m not crazy about the colour of her Dior clutch but it’s a minor factor when everything else looks so fabulous.
A simple updo and Carrera y Carrera jewels completed her look.

The dress is absolutely stunning. The red nails and the pink clutch are a bit jarring, but I can overlook those.
Georges Chakra and Elie Saab are two of my favorite designers — they know what looks good on a woman’s body.
