Blake’s Gucci dress is my favourite from that collection. So I voted for her, and I love her hair and her shoes too.
Lucy Hale would have been my best dressed…
Blake Lively wins for me, perfect summery look and event appropriate. Kaley Cuoco gets a special mention since she looks so lovely.

Because as the editor of this site I decided that there were others who were dressed far better than her.
I voted Zoe, although I was so close to voting Emma, but this look slightly let me down in the end, given HOW incredible her recent looks have been. For the first time is a long time Blake finally 1. covered up, and 2. wore beautiful accessories, with good hari and makeup, btu the dress was wrong. Also Nina Dobrev’s to me seem slike a bad attempt to reenact Leighton Meester in that amazing striped louis vuitton a few years ago, which may have even been to the same event, but did not work at all.
