Touches Of Sparkle Award
Taylor Swift looked lovely on the red carpet at the 2011 Teen Choice Awards last night.
She dazzled in a brightly white Rafael Cennamo silk halter dress.
The cute country singer stuck to her trusted formula of looking nice but failing to create any excitement or try anything new.
Her girly white dress, which Taylor cinched at the waist with a Ranjana Khan diamond encrusted belt, features ruching at the bust and flares out into a full circle skirt.
Taylor’s pretty wavy hair was pulled back into a pony as she opted for blue eye-shadow and coral lipstick.
Neil Lane jewels and metallic grey Fendi bow heels completed her look.

This would have been much better on her if it were a strapless dress, the halterneck accentuates her lack of breasts, a strapless dress would have been perfect on her. The bottom of the dress is gorgeous.
Agreed, flat chested girls need to stay away from halternecks. Other than that she looks gorgeous.
I’d heard that fashion rule before, and this photo certainly illustrates it. No halters on small chests.
This entire look is pretty boring. I don’t like those shoes with it, and the dress itself isn’t very interesting on her. Not a fan of that hairstyle OR makeup.

The eye shadow is atrocious
well this is a shock it isnt encrusted in sparkles. it has a marilyn vibe but it looks like she made it by herself.

This is such a boring outfit IMO. The halterneck doesn’t look good on her and even with the belt it lacks any excitement. And her hair and makeup is terrible

That makeup is soooo awful and so aging on her! It’s like makeup from the 50s gone VERY wrong! Very clownish & distracting :S

This just reminds me of something girls wore in high school. The fit of the dress is wrong and the eyeshadow is just not okay. I want to see her in something daring!
she needs to stick with strapless or high neckline styles. Like others said above, flat chests should not wear halters.
