Dianna Agron continues to opt for a very glam approach to her promotional tour for “Glee: The 3D Concert Movie” which is set to hit theaters next Friday, August 12th in the US.
Her next stop was “Late Night with Jimmy Fallon” in New York City where she wore a gorgeous Erdem Pre-Fall 2011 dress.
The sleeveless Firecracker print dress was paired with champagne coloured strappy sandals – which are a huge improvement on the heavy heels she wore the day before.
She switched up her hairstyle, changing from playful waves to a sleek pulled back sleek style on this occasion.
In the close up her eye make-up is way too heavy for my tastes.

ughh… HATE her make up
Did Olivia from Jerseylicious do her make-up?!?!
I prefer the dress on the model, with the more interesting sleeve detail – and the shoes on the model look better with that dress, as well. Now that you mention it, I don’t like her makeup, either, but that wasn’t the first thing i noticed.
I agree on all points
Nice print. The extended sleeves on the model are way better IMO! She should have kept them! But she looks good anw. I like the hairstyle, you’are right about the make-up
Well, way to go and ruin a perfectly fine looking dress!
Its like her make up from the SAG awards.
The smokey eye does not work for her.
From far away, I love this look. The dress and the hair are so fresh. But that makeup…ugh.
I liked the sleeves better in the original version
Not her best effort
i actually do not mind the makeup, it’s a fresh summer look and i like they way she styles her hair but i would have like the longer sleeves and i also find the dress a bit too long for her.
The lighter color strappy sandals don’t work well with this dress , would prefer simple darker/brighter color strap-free (see the model)
Her eyes are so naturally stunning – all that horrible, caked-on makeup looks terrible. And she definitely should have kept the sleeves.
I hate seeing one of my favorites look bad!
i can forgive the makeup because i finally love her shoes!!!! yay. and hair looks great. erdem is amazing. bravo!
The makeup looks terrible from a distance and close up, now that takes talent to pull off lol. The dress is okay on her but that’s about it.
Such a pity because she’s such a beautiful girl and the clothes she picks are some very beautiful pieces too but she hardly ever can carry them off well… It’s such a tough thing to put a finger on it and know exactly where she’s going wrong because in theory she does accessorize well sometimes… Yet…
If I style her… She’ll be my mount Everest. Hah.
I’m just amazed that this young lady always carries herself soooo well. You would think she was Diane Lane’s age rather than the usual young starlet’s age.
I agree that the make-up is way too harsh for this look. She breathes a youthful elegance on the red carpet. However, I wish she hadn’t modified the sleeves on this dress. They made the dress look more interesting. Even though it’s Erdem, it just looks like a regular floral sheath.
Evan Rachel Wood wore that dress in The View and she looks better
I preferred her dress from the other day. Even though it was the wrong weather it was beautiful but I prefer the shoes and hair of this outfit.
