Olivia Wilde sported a fiery look on the red carpet at the “The Change-Up” LA Premiere which was held at the Regency Village Theatre last night.
The actress stood out wearing a red Antonio Berardi Pre-Fall 2011 dress.
With exaggerated shoulders and a nipped-in waist, her red hot wool-crepe dress creates a striking silhouette.
Olivia teamed her dress with red satin Brian Atwood ‘Maniac’ pumps.
I think I would’ve preferred a less shiny leather version.
This is becoming quite a popular collection as Anna Paquin has also worn a red dress from this collection recently.
I’m glad Olivia didn’t modify the dress like Anna, but I wish she’d worn her hair up.
Kara Ackerman Designs jewels completed her look.

That’s a lovely dress and it suits her but I,too, don’t like the red shoes, not only because they’re satin but I think also because they are pumps too. I don’t like the shoes on the model either. Maybe a sandal. I keep thinking the navy Louis Vitton sandal, you chose for Danni Minogue..
They wouldve worked better
I love the shiny satin pumps! Adds variation to the red.
Forget the shoes, look at the hair. The hair is absolutely atrocious. I cannot for the life of me understand why anyone her hair colour like that. She looks much better as a Brunette.
I have to agree with you, Marvel. The dress is pretty, if unexciting–this look has been done. But her hair looks damaged and I have always thought it was too long. her hair is thin and would look so much fuller with a shorter cut that would allow it to move. It is a shame–she is so pretty.
+1
i totally agree. The hair brings the look down.
Completely with you. Between the hair and the shoes, I barely see the dress.
An okay dress ruined by awful styling. The hair looks so fake, and the bangs do not work. And those shoes are just distracting.
This dress calls for exciting and spot-on styling, and Olivia and whoever styled her failed.
I loathe her haircut with a passion, she doesn’t look good with bangs and long stringy hair. I like the Berardi on her but those shiny pumps are all wrong.
Ditto. The bangs don’t suit her at all.

On this occasion i don’t like the matchy matchy look. It worked on VB but i when it comes to red i would usually pick a different color and variation to go with the dress.
I absolutely abhor her shoes, the red is too tacky and flashy. YUCK!
That hair is just ugly.
