Dong Jie joined several stars who attended a Louis Vuitton cutting ribbon ceremony to mark the opening of another store in Asia last night.

The beautiful actress wore a Louis Vuitton Fall 2011 dress.

Her black sheer dress wasn’t presented on the runway, but we can see that Look 58 has the closest resemblance.

I actually prefer the shorter version.

It’s chic and more wearable with the addition of a short strapless dress underneath.

Dong Jie wore black pumps and carried a Louis Vuitton clutch heavily embellished clutch to completed her look.

Blake Lively chose this super sweet Tibi Spring 2011 dress to wear on the ‘Today’ show to promote her movie “Green Lantern” back in June.

The actress opted to wear the cornflower blue version of this floral-embroidered cotton cap sleeve dress.

Blake added a fun element to her daytime look by accessorizing with Charlotte Olympia leopard print platform heels.

I love her soft wavy hair which she wore in a half-up, half-down style. It’s such a cute look on her.

Taylor Swift who is another tall, leggy blonde chose the same dress to wear to Elvis Duran and the Morning Show’s radio station in New York last week.

The cute country singer accessorized her look with a skinny gold belt and bow-adorned heels.

She wore her trademark ringlet curls in an up-do and added some fun bright blue nail polish to her look.

Both girls look great in the dress but my vote is going to Blake. I love how simple she kept her outfit and how she paired the dress with leopard print heels.

Jena Malone attended the ‘What Goes Around Comes Around’ Grand Opening Party in LA last week.

Her colourful mini dress features a white top half and a lemon yellow, baby blue and mint green printed lower half with black and white detailing.

Jena accessorized her look with a co-ordinating mint green embellished clutch.

She wore a pair of Aperlai ‘Coco’ sandals from the Spring 2011 collection, which celebrities have been loving lately.

This is a great outfit on Jena as its fun, colourful and shows-off her great legs.

I’m also a big fan of the hint of blue in her shoes and the matching green clutch.

It doesn’t appear too matchy-matchy and really makes her look pop.

Freida Pinto is almost unrecognizable both on the cover and for her editorial in Interview magazine’s August 2011 issue.

She was captured by Mert & Marcus oozes sexiness wearing Stella McCartney, Versace and Christopher Kane.

The Indian beauty talks about her career, what she takes away from a film, her family, and falling for her ‘Slumdog Millionaire’ co-star, Dev Patel.

You can read the whole interview with Tim Blanks at InterviewMagazine.com.

Here are some extracts:

On having to audition a lot before Slumdog Millionaire: “Yes, I did. And I was rejected at almost every one of them. [laughs] One person said, ‘She doesn’t look too Indian.’”

On calling it Bombay and not Mumbai like everybody else: “God, I get that all the time. I’m just so used to calling it Bombay. I know everything has changed. It’s India’s way of trying to brush off colonialism and make it what it originally was, but unfortunately for me I called it Bombay for 16 years, and I think that’s a long time in a 26-year-old’s life to automatically start calling it Mumbai. It’s very confusing for a lot of people. My agent thought Bombay and Mumbai were two different places. And I was like, “No, it’s the same thing.”” Read more…

Danni Minogue was spotted backstage before taking her judges chair at ‘Australia’s Got Talent’ wearing a J’Aton Couture dress with nude Sergio Rossi ‘Cachet’ platform pumps.

We all adored her vintage French lace J’Aton Couture dress, but many of you weren’t so happy with her choice of heels.

Shoes Danni Should Have Worn:

If Danni wanted to wear a pump; these Nicholas Kirkwood satin heels are fabulous. The red signature island platform brings her look together.

Jimmy Choo’s Lance sandals have become the go-to evening heel – I also suggested them to Emma Watson. They’re elegant and look beautiful.

The Louis Vuitton Pre-Fall 2011 sandals feature navy satin cross-straps and black studs. The tri-colours paired with her dress make a unique shoe choice.

Viktor & Rolf’s Spring 2011 t-strap sandal is playful and perfect for Danni’s event. I love the zebra sequined heel.

The light grey Cesare Paciotti platform sandals complement the red lace. The crystal embellishment and diamante detailing match the beauty of her outfit.
