Anna Paquin has been very busy promoting several projects recently.
Yesterday she was at the HBO Summer 2011 TCA Tour where she sat on the “True Blood” panel with husband Stephen Moyer.
She opted for a Stella McCartney Fall 2011 dress.
For the second time in a row I’m not loving Anna’s look which is devastating to me considering she is one of my faves.
I find that her white halter dress with white disc appliqués washes her out.
I would’ve loved this dress in black on her.
I’m also not a fan of how this dress was lined on the bodice as the whole sensual allure of the look is now lost.
Yves Saint Laurent Tribute suede sandals and wavy golden lock completed her look.

i also like it. I don’t think it washes her out that much and i do love the longer hair on her.
I agree. The lining ruins it, and I really wish she had the inch of sheer fabric underneath th ebottom of the hem, like the runway. I can’t help but wish she would go back to wearing McQueen, because her Alexander McQueen looks, especially the spike TV Scream 2010 awards, and even moreso her 2010 SAG awards look, were her best in my opinion.
I agree with u on everything you said here. Also I think she is one of the best in the matter of right hair and make-up (and specially with those McQueen dresses, her hair and makeup was amazing)
I love this head to toe. I think white is a great color on her, it maker her shine.

I like the dress–though I can see everyones objections to her modifications. I think she looks washed out because of her hair color–too blonde
An ok dress, a bit too scaly for my liking, but fits her well, good length. The shoes and the hair aren’t working for me here. Overall, it’s a “whatever” look for me, not bad really but not good either.
i think she looks fine. if it were black AND fully lined, then it would be totally ruined. so i partly agree about the lining. maybe if it only went just up to the bust line, it would be both alluring and appropriate for the occasion. jmho.
I like the dress, but the hair is to blond for it, she looks a bit washed. Maybe if it was up in a ponytail an the lining went only up to the bust line would look better. I know it’s not about fashion, but I have to mention the way he looks at her! So cute, so in love!
I’m rather on the fence about this look, but I’m just so glad she FINALLY decided against shortening her dress. I never understood her aversion to this hem length- it looks really good on her.
