Camilla Belle swapped football for fashion as she attended the Miu Miu Presents Lucrecia Martel’s “Muta” event, which was held at a private residence in Beverly Hills, California last night.
The actress gave us our first Miu Miu Fall 2011 re-run of the season, as Anna Dello Russo has already worn this Miu Miu embroidered dress to Menswear Spring 2012 Fashion Week last month.
I’m guessing our message of more interesting footwear has finally sunk in, as Camilla opted to wear a stunning pair of silver Miu Miu glitter pumps.
Camilla wore her hair back in a simple bun plus she added a Miu Miu pink clutch, Cartier jewels and pretty pink lips to complement her dress.
Do you find this look marvelous or matronly?

I think the colour and print are lovley – especially in making her look so beautifully tanned!
But the shoes! They may be different to the overdone nude pump but i think they’re hoorid. They are hugley unflattering on her feet and in my opinion look like they belong to a pantomine dame.
Also not sure about the war time tea dress look with the sequins. Colour wise i like it though.
All of this! I can’t get behind those shoes in the slightest, they totally kill what was only an okay dress to begin with.
The look is not matronly but the shoes are hideous!
The shoes destroy this look. I am glad she didn’t wear black or nude pumps but these shoes don’t go with the dress and they are plain ugly.
My thoughts exactly. She should have worn nude pumps because those glittery ones are awful, awful, awful…
awful.
the shoes are a let down. the dress is nice but if you put an apron on her she would look like a 60s housewife.
Matronly!…Those shoes!
Looked soooooo musch better on ADR.
I like it! It’s a very sweet look and I am in love with the shoes!
I think the dress is nothing more than ok and that the shoes are fabulous but they look horrendous together. In other words: I don’t get it.
I love this dress. Sadly the sequinned details are lost in the picture and prevent the look from being too matronly. I would have preferred different shoes and there is a pair of Miu Miu that would have been perfect
Just noticed the shoes I was thinking about are on rhe model in the Diane Kruger blog below
Good call. I really don’t like the silver pumps with the dress (or on their own).
I do like the look but the addition of a belt would have been nice.
i love the dress, the colors are pretty, but the shoes :$ .. i’d switch hers with Diane Krugers and we’ll have two gorgeous looks
Matronly for me. I don’t like the shoes either :/
When did she stop being young and fun?
dresss lovely but its not fitting her well
I’m more interested in the shoes and the dress. The dress is very pedestrian and nothing special.
Matronly – the mid lenght isn’t falttering on anyone, IMO – and the shoes and the dress don’t match.
The shoes would be perfect for Minnie…
I think I have a disdain for silver pumps, I can’t recall a time where I liked them with an outfit that isn’t silver as well (like J.Lo at the Grammys).
I love Camilla. She has beautiful eyes.
Hi FC,
I saw a pic of Camilla Belle looking beautiful on the cover of Tatler Russia. Do you have any idea who made her navy dress? Tnx
You should check the credits in the magazine. I haven’t seen it
Matronly
Marvellous – but the shoes are AWFUL
