Hilary Swank attended the 41st Giffoni Film Festival in Giffoni Valle Piana, Italy yesterday.
She wore a very beautiful summery Tory Burch ‘Isobel’ dress.
Her lemon dress was paired with probably the most unattractive shoes I have seen worn by a celebrity this year.
The Tory Burch wedges have red base with gold rope ties around her ankles.
They are so heavy and they don’t complement her dress at all.
Hilary is one of my faves, but this look is a fail for me.

Yeah.. if it had been worn by an adult it would definetly win the price of worst show… This one too would be more acceptable if it was wore by Elle Fanning or Chloe Moretz..
Loved the gold ropes with those infinity knots… till I noticed the red wedges. Uggh!

the only thing letting the shoes down is the wedge, wow its ugly, but the upper of the shoe, the ropes etc is fabulous.
I can live with the shoes. Love the rope detail! Her hair is another story…she looks like me when I travel without MY blowdryer.

I’m thankful that the shoes are not nude pumps. I’m totally loving easy breezy sunshine yellow dresses at the moment. I’m on the hunt for this beauty.

i feel like alone the shoes are not so bad. The up-close pic isnt awful. But the shoes matched with the dress. ugh different story. They look very clunky in the first picture.

I actually like the shoe with the right dress. Unfortunately, this is not the right dress.
The hair is the bigger tragedy. It needs a style intervention.
I think I like all elements individually… Hilary, the dress and the shoes… but they don’t work together at all here
