Shimmer and Shine/Best Dressed Award
Kerry Washington rarely puts a foot wrong on the red carpet, and that was definitely the case at the 2011 ESPY Awards last night.
The actress looked stunning in her silver shimmering Jenny Packham Fall 2011 dress.
Her charcoal beaded long sleeved high neck mini dress with an open-back is fun and flirty, especially with the addition of the belt.
She does the minimalist too often for my liking, so I love her when she has more fun with fashion.
A chic high bun, a silver clutch, H.Stern jewels and Gio Diev shoe silver asymmetrical detail and silver blade heel completed her look.

She looks good but I don’t like the shoes. I would’ve preferred some strappy sandals.
I don’t like it from the back that much because of the way it’s pulled up a bit and makes it so short. The proportions seem off, plus it’s just too short for my taste. What happens when she sits down?

The dress is nice but I just don’t like it that much on her. (no hate)
Almost but no cigar. A few inches to the dress and strappy silver sandals would have made this a BDOTW look.

A slight silver shimmer and shine overload for my taste. But she looks really good (I’m a big fan of sexy open back design) although I don’t think she rocks this look the way Amber rocks hers.
