Sonam Kapoor attended Shruti Merchant’s Taj Express Musical Premiere, which took place on Sunday at the National Centre for Performing Arts (NCPA) in Mumbai.
The L’Oreal ambassador wore The Row Pre-Fall 2011.
An ivory semi-sheer blouse with an embellished Peter Pan collar was teamed with black wide-legged pants.
Her accessories included a red Prada clutch, black Christian Louboutin patent pumps, a Cartier watch and Sunita A Kapoor stud earrings.
Whilst I love the blouse, I would’ve liked to have seen her tapered pants.

I adore The Row’s minimalism, but I feel really strongly that Peter Pan collars are one of the most annoying trends ever. It’s like pigtails. Why do you want to look seven?
I like the ensemble, too, and think the pants are great! Kind of refreshing to see a pants outfit on the red carpet for a change. I could see that blouse being improved with a killer necklace or ropes of pearls, or something like that.

Hate the childish Peter Pan collar on anyone. As for the pants I think it’s more appropriate to call them ‘skants’ (skirt+pants). The clutch looks so big. Love these earrings with the outfit. Not bad overall.
