Jennifer Aniston was honored with a Hand and Footprint Ceremony outside Grauman’s Chinese Theatre in Hollywood earlier today.
My first reaction was “OMG.”
Can it be that Jennifer Aniston is not only wearing something colourful, but she also wearing prints too?
I cannot for the life of me ever remember Jen wearing a printed dress, but this Prada dress is a gorgeous print so kudos for Jen for finally taking that leap; if this is the first time.
Gucci nude peep-toes completed the look.

I’m glad she’s wearing something with patterns and colors, but the cut and the style of this dress seems very kiddish for her? But its a cute look overall. Hopefully….more prints and color in the future Jen…or maybe not. Here’s to hoping.

I know there are many avid readers of this blog that find your politeness when critiquing very refreshing (I’m definitely one of them!)… which keeps us coming back for more. Could not agree more about how much I love this blog for such a reasoned and lovely voice, as it were. I’ve had it up to here with blogs that make fashion and the women (and men) wearing it into cruel and prejudiced jokes. RCFA is a blog I’ll happily admit to reading and steering my friends towards. It’s really a nice change but the shape of the dress seems weird in the higher part…and I am really tired of nude shoes,

I agree! I appreciate that she’s wearing a print, but I wish the dress was a little more sexy or sophisticated, rather than mumsy. The fit is so unflattering, she looks either pregnant or like she’s just had a baby. It’s a shame, it makes me wish she’d stick to black.
Also, I wish she’d do something different with her hair!

I totally get what FC loved in this dress, its not the most flatering dress, BUT the woman is finally wearing colour and paterns.
we complain all the time that she only wears black, than when shewears somthing different people trash because its not perfect, lets be easy guys.

For all that this dress represents a huge departure from Jennifer, she’s also back to the quintessential ‘Rachel’ bob, she’s wearing nude peep-toes which make my skin crawl, and the length of the dress and fit around the bust are deeply unflattering on her.
However, if this is a step in the right direction, as you say FC, then I’m looking forward to what happens next…

Why everybody have to love it or hate it? fashion is a matter of taste is not a dictatorship, you can love it if you want, I don’t like prints and I don’t have to. In fact I don’t think Jennifer Aniston is worry about what people say about her clothes or her hair.
I am going to echo FC’s and a couple others sentiments when I say….. calm down people. I thought she looked great, and it was a great departure, but I mean if you compare this to her Valentino Couture, she looked better then. While I understand all are entitled to opinions, people quickly jump to conclusions…..

This is such a big EVENT for Jennifer’s style/wardrobe that I even feel kinda bad for having to criticize it. Kudos for the printed dress, but it’s so unflattering and short that it looks terribly weird. Plus barely no accessories, the excessively light makeup and her daily hair style makes this a perfect outfit for a run to the grocery store.. not a ceremony in which you are being honored…

I think its a cute dress but i’m not sure it was appropriate for Jen on her big day nor was it age appropriate for the occasion. I think it would have been better if she was wearing this dress to a private beach party or something casual like that. She was already borderlining on age appropriateness with that cutesy flirty black Nina Ricci dress the other day, but since it was black, it was still okay.
With Jenn, I’ve always believed if it ain’t broke don’t fix it. I hate this dress on her. I know you want her to wear colors but I think she looks silly. I much prefer her in a sexy neutral dress. Sorry.

I just cannot love it, becuase the hair kills it dead. It looks really dry, there are clear roots, the way it is styled so it basically circles her face is hideously unflattering, the colour is just not very appealing, it is ery Amanda Bynes, I wish she would dye it darker, or have it look less obviously highlighted.
