I was totally floored when I saw Daisy Lowe glide into the Théâtre National de Chaillot for the Elie Saab Fall 2011 presentation earlier this afternoon.
I’m always struck by how beautiful she is and how much taller she is in real life.
She opted to wear a red Elie Saab Fall 2011 long sleeve gown with a thigh-high split.
I didn’t see her shoes until now. The pumps aren’t actually black, but a shimmering bronze/brown mix.
Some sexy strappy sandals would have rendered me unconscious, especially as she’s also carrying a Christian Louboutin leopard print clutch.

I am not reallly feeling this at all. A gown for fashion show I think it too much and the shoes aren’t making it either.

I have to say she is someone I don’t “get” in terms of her beauty and fashion sense… maybe I’d need to see her in person as well. I agree that a gown for a fashion show is a bit OTT… What would she wear for an awards show?

I really dont care if she’s wearing a gown to a fashion show (this thing of being overdressed has been quite discussed because of Rosie Huntington-Whiteley’s promo tour, and most people seem to agree you don’t have to wait for the Oscars to see nice gowns on the red carpet). All I know is that I’ve been dying to see this dress since it was presented, and Daisy has finally made my wish come true. I think she wears it quite well, although I have to admit the shoes the shoes are a bit let down.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE except for the shoes, I agree. Something sparkly and strappy would have been better. That rich shade of red is so sexy and womanly.
Gorgeous, BDOTW contender for me, even if I don’t like the shoes, but I love red gowns and everything which is leopard printed. I also like hair and make up.
