Seriously? Are we being PC here?No one looks good. Even Daily mail readers, were complaining that this is the most unfashionable event they have ever seen.
Selena Gomez ( 18 ) on a TV show, looks better, from head to toe that all these women twice her age.
I’m choosing to ignore the above rants cos u just can’t reason with some people….
Kerry Washington wins this for me, the shoes let it down majorly but the dress itself is stunning as is her hair and makeup.

@Laura – in more than one thread you have indicated that you did not like the fashion at this event. In at least one case, multiple times in the same thread. Fine, we get it. However, you are not the only reader of this blog and others have different opinions, which btw, we do not repeat ad nauseum. Get over it and move on.

@Laura – This is not about The Daily Mail readers…that paper is aimed at the newly literate…which is obvious when you read the stories and readers comments!
You can’t compare BET Awards to other red carpet events – The BET awards attendees are known to be ostentatious in their fashion and accessory choices and celebrate their figures instead of hiding them.
“newly literate?” I would stay pretending to be literate lol.
Most of the don’t have a brain between them as they believe the made up stories on the site.
I voted for Kerry despite the shoe choice. Maybe we can do a shoe swap for her soon.

The comments on this post really made me laugh! thanks, guys.. I needed that! I voted for Kerry- that color looks AMAZING on her. And the shoes don’t bother me too much. I think the look she was going for was sharp and minimalist (which the Pigalle is perfect for!) rather than strappy and pretty!
Love Kerry’s dress, but the shoes are horrible. Love Alicia’s shoes, and the outfit is okay.
