Anna Dello Russo appears to be toning things down several notches.
The usually flamboyant Editor at Large of Vogue Nippon was spotted during Milan Menswear Fashion Week earlier today wearing a Miu Miu embroidered dress from the Fall 2011 collection.
Anna added some emerald earrings, a gold clutch and Miu Miu crisscross glitter ankle boots from the same Fall 2011 collection to complete her look.
Of the 4 people who have worn this collection, this is the second time I’ve like it off the runway.
Michelle Williams was the first.
Madonna and Hailee Steinfeld failed to excite wearing this collection.

Love the dress, but sorry, I hate her footwear choice.
I like the dress. Would have preferred it with short sleeves since that would have made it look even more retro. But, like it overall. Hate the shoes with it. Like the green earrings.

This is a very pretty look but I don’t think it suits Anna. I don’t mind the ankle boots because of the silver, and I think the clutch and earrings are very pretty too.
I don’t know why are you people complaining about her boots. Do you seriously think Anna Dello Russo would go out with a ENTIRE outfit that matches, makes sense and it is discreet? I’m just glad she kept her pesona to her feet xD
Ugh, I hate ADR. She wears ugly things and never matches for shock value and attention. I like the dress, but not on her and not with the shoes.
i love the shoes with that dress….so unexpected! it just adds the right dose of sparkle to that otherwise demure ensemble.
I like the shoes, even if they’re not very summer. This is one of the few times I like the way she’s dressed, because she’s an editor, not Lady Gaga, and here she’s dressed like a person who’s going to a fashion show.
