The Rodarte sisters – Kate and Laura Mulleavy showcased 10 couture gowns, inspired by Fra Angelico’s frescoes in the monks’ cells at the Convent of San Marco, during the Pitti Immagine event in Florence, Italy last night.
They took along their favourite gal pal Kirsten Dust for support.
Hopefully the actress was picking out key looks for her next red carpet event.
Kirsten wore a Rodarte raw silk woven blouse with the signature Peter Pan collar from the Spring 2011 collection.
The blouse was teamed with a matching skirt and a caramel hand carved leaf and embossed leather belt.
Her look is so chic, yet relaxed for the occasion.
I find myself obsessed with workmanship which has gone into the belt.

love this look. i would have liked to seen the shoes it was paired with. I am really admire the linen-like fabric and it’s a great colour on Kirsten.
She is on a roll lately. Love this. Agree on wanting to see the shoes – but her lipstick is a great pop of color.
I am not liking this dress on her. The color of the dress with her coloring is too close. The dress is kinda blah.
She looks really happy and relaxed, which adds something special to all her recent looks. I read an article about these creations by Rodarte, and saw a photo of one dress, very beautiful, they’re so creative.
sweet and simple
Great fabric, uninspiring and childish look. Not a fan at all.
Kirsten looks beautiful – I love this.
Love this look on her!
i think the fabric of the dress is what ruins it for me. it may be silk but it looks like its made out of a heshen bag, especially with the detailing around the belt
i like the style of the dress though
Would love to see the Mulleavy ladies in something other than jeans..just once!!
Lovely.
