Like Alicia Keys, Paloma Faith also sported two looks for the 2011 Keep A Child Alive Black Ball, which was held in London last night.
The quirky singer added one of her many trademark hats and gold satin opera gloves to her Vivienne Westwood Gold Label long glazing metallic sequined gown from the Fall 2011 collection.
Her breath-taking gold sequined gown appears to be the love child of two different looks which took to the Paris runway back in March.
I love how she’s totally working this look.
Paloma later performed wearing a Bodyamr Spring 2011 dress.
Nicola Roberts has worn the runway version of this green animal print dress, but Paloma opted for this long sleeve version which doesn’t have the white chiffon skirt.
This time she opted for a more extravagant feathered headpiece to complete her look.

Don’t like the clashing gloves, but I really love the RC look even the hat. And I find myself liking the stage look. Stagewear is the time to be completely out there and avant garde. I love that Paloma went for it.

The first look would’ve been much improved if she’d taken off the gloves. They did her no favors. The hat would’ve been enough make the look a Paloma Faith one. The second look, she’s totally working and owning.

Let the record show that I am a sucker for animal print and big time sparkle. That gold dress is a little too much sparkle even for me.
