I know, it is so wrong.

i cannot believe she’s got kate gosselin’s reverse mohawk!

    • Moxie June 10, 2011 at 12:57 #

You’re right — she’s got Kate Gosselin’s horrible hair-do. What was she thinking?

It’s a trailer park fantasy theme… hence “the Kate”! Brilliant! :))

Whats on her tummy/abs? looks like a stitch?

or is that part of the dress, the tan part with a line in the middle?

    • fozaaa June 10, 2011 at 12:37 #

      that is really disturbing:)

I hated the Givenchy collection when I saw it on the runway and thought the sweaters with the animals and flowers were reminiscent of those you see sold at village fetes and worn by spinsters but you know I don’t mind it on Beyonce and think it would work really well with a simple bottom.

I actually saw the editorials and they were of Beyonce in several spots of a trailer park, It’s a nice spread but the faces she makes in them were disturbing.

    • Moxie June 10, 2011 at 13:44 #

I was thinking the same thing — that face she is making in the picture is definitely disturbing.

    • Jen June 10, 2011 at 14:33 #

Yes – her expression makes her look a little like a blow up doll here.

  6. Jorge June 10, 2011 at 13:44 #

    She’s gorgeous!!

  7. justme June 10, 2011 at 14:02 #

Someone get her napkin, that ice cream is ruining that top :D

I saw the entire ideal and I actually liked it minus the too blonde hair.
And lol yeah, FC, even though we still saw her quite a bit, she did take a year off.

    • justme June 10, 2011 at 14:03 #

      ideal = editorial

I love the top. Love her eye makeup. Pretty much not into the rest of it, especially those nails.

I hate hew new song and I hate the video for it even more. She has a completely wrong idea about feminism and woman power. She is gorgeous tho.

Im not sure why they keep lighening her skin so much and now she’s blonde? Cmon Beyonce, you can do better than this. No need to resemble pop-stars of yesterday and some today.

I don’t like the cover. The outfit is bad. I don’t like her hair or the dripping icecream cone. I do not like her new song. I don’t like any of it.

Bey will always be a country girl to me, so when she tries to get all fashionista in editorials and red carpets it just looks a little silly and costume-y to me. I think she looks best on stage where costume-y makes sense. Of course her sidewalk style is on point too.

And can she give the blonde hair a rest? It’s like she really wants us to believe that her natural hair, whatever texture or length it is, we’ll never know, is that light.
