The body-hugging dress features a train in the back, which drapes asymmetrically from the waist.
She accessorized with a black patent leather cuff and matching black Aldo heels.
Curled hair in a loosely pulled back ponytail and gorgeous makeup fresh with a hint of candy pink lipstick completed her look
Ciara wore the same dress to “The Hangover: Part II” New York screening last month.
The singer chose to accessorize with shoe of the moment Christian Louboutin ‘Daffodil’ heels in nude plus gold cuffs.
Wavy black hair with blonde streaks completed her look.
This dress looks amazing on both women and even though I prefer how it looks on Teresa, plus I adore her hair and makeup, her incredibly poor shoe choice makes Ciara my winner.
Ciara’s shoe choice fits the sexy attitude of the dress much better than a pair of simple black heels.

I dunno,sometimes a black heel with white clothes gives a minimalist/monochromatic look which i love,very Kate Moss in the 90′s circa Calvin Klein deal.but saying that ciara gives it sass and attitude and for that she wins for me
I voted for Teresa Palmer, even if I don’t like her 100%, but I don’t like Ciara’s shoes, as I wrote many times before.

I actually like the white/black look. What I don’t like is mullet dresses.
I like Teresa in this. I like classic black and white. Ciara is not working this at all. I think the nude pumps and gold bracelet don’t with the dress. The hair is bad too.
they both look great, but i think ciara wins on all accessory fronts – bracelet, shoes, earrings.
Although Teresa’s look is almost boring, I think Ciara looks tacky, so for me, Teresa wins!!
