The “X-Men: First Class” New York Premiere is finally here.
I’ve been wondering how January Jones would dress her baby bump on the red carpet.
On this occasion she didn’t take her cues from Jessica Alba and Victoria Beckham, because she opted to show-off her bump.
She did so wearing a Preen Resort 2011 black and purple off-the-shoulder dress.
The dress has a gathered detail which sits above her bump.
I’m far from being crazy about this look, but she looks comfortable and I’m sure that was her main concern.
I do like however like her green and yellow eyeshadow which is an unexpected colour combination with this dress.
Prada patent heels completed her look.

I hardly recognized her :\
I wish she would have rocked the shoulders like the model, but she looks great. I want this dress!
I love the bottom pix – this is a January Jones I don’t see so often – so radiant and happy looking, pregnancy agrees with her! Don’t really like the outfit on her though…
I like the dress, but her hair is killing me.
I second that. It turned me off despite the gorgeous outfit.
my thoughts exactly :S
I agree as well. She needed to have the hair off her face more.
Did Jennifer Lawrence attend?? I’d love to see what she wore if she did!
I am so underwhelmed. This is one of her first major movies, so I was expecting her to pull out all the stops, pregnant or not. Her hair looks awful. This dress is ok-just ok- for another event, but not a premier.
Sorry, that is a horrific dress! Looks cheap, hate the skirt as it does nothing for her legs and the gathering across the chest is SO BAD!
Her makeup however is very fresh.
I must admit I don’t like the makeup at all. Maybe if her hair was less yellow and away from her face the bold makeup would work but together it just looks a bit like a child going crazy with her mum’s makeup.
I don’t love the dress but it’s fine. I think with a classy updo it would have looked better.
She has Prada Patent Crisscross Sandals
Your welcome
thanks
I like her here, the dress is cute, I like the bold make up and also the hair, something new.
Me too!
I hate it. The all look seems messy to me.
Except for the hair, I like it a lot.
How very 1999, she looks like shes in Steps… ;P
i don’t like the fit of the dress on her, but i love her makeup and hair colour. it sounds corny but i do feel she has a bit of a pregnancy glow on her. Might be just the few extra pounds….
I like the dress. She actually looks better in it than the model. I’m not a fan of the shoes.
The hair is really bothering me. It looks like such an unnatural color.
Her make-up is pretty.
The dress is uber cool….that’s why I love January. She looks great!
love her makeup, hate the hair. It’s too limp.
Will never understand the appeal
I couldn’t disagree more about the makeup.
It’s really slopplily applied. I hope that she didn’t pay someone to do that TO her. It’s blended too far into her the inner thirds of her lid, probably because her eyes are rather hooded. But this just doesn’t work, IMHO. The yellow blended into her lower lash line accentuates her lines and make her look peaky and a bit drawn. Easily add five years.
This is one instance in which she should have gone more conventional. I think a mid-toned gray eyeliner on the upper lashline smudged and smoked out a bit with a pewter colored shadow plus a bit of a warm brown throught her lower lash line to give her some definition would have been really pretty. I think I would have also liked it had her hair been pulled back in order to frame the square neck line.
