Sidewalk Style: Mischa Barton In MW Matthew Williamson & Willow

Mischa Barton was spotted leaving Mahiki nightclub in London last night, after attending the No-Tell Motel Southern Comfort Room Launch party.

She scrubbed up very well wearing a MW Matthew Williamson beetle print silk blouse from the Fall 2011 collection, with a yellow pleated Willow Spring 2011 skirt.

I have a bit of a yellow shoe fetish at the moment, so I’m crushing on her Charlotte Olympia platform heels.

Mischa’s blouse is our first peek at a look from Matthew Williamson’s diffusion line.

The designer said he created the line after becoming sick of people saying, “I love it, but I can’t afford it,” with regards to the mainline collection.

So far it looks great; hopefully we’ll get to see more soon.

she does look healthy and more put together than usual, but I wish she would give up the blond hair.

The outfit is not everyone’s cup of tea (it certainly isn’t mine), but I think we can all agree that she looks better than she usually does this time.

I guess i’ll be the lone voice to say I don’t like it. They’re bugs for goodness sake!

It’s not like it’s designed in a funky McQueen, making something that could be grotesque beautiful type way.

If I saw someone on the street in this shirt I might point and laugh. Yes it’s a major upgrade for Mischa Barton because she doesn’t look homeless but sheesh! Call me a Scrooge but I’m not handing out props for this. I don’t applaud ugly clothes simply because they’re “designer”. Just my humble opinion.

I agree that she looks healthier, but talking about fashions… I hate insects, so I really dislike the shirt. I could never wear something with that print.

She looks very demure and pretty here – her hair seems nicer too these days.

She looks healthier than I have seen her in a long time. I like that the shoes match the skirt.

My only problem is that I am not sure if this is actually as good as I think it is.
    Personally, I’d give this a BDotW-nod.
