Every time I see Leona Lewis wearing a cropped top, it does make me chuckle considering there was a time she couldn’t live without a corset belt.
The singer helped launch BBC Radio 1 and 1Xtra’s Hackney weekend at the Hackney Empire today in London.
It looks like she may have put her design career on hold (thankfully), because she opted for a Tata Naka Fall 2011 ensemble.
Her long sleeved scallop crop top was teamed with a knee-length skirt with the same scallop edge.
Coral suede pumps, rosy cheeks and pink lips completed her look.

I kinda like this look-especially the coral pumps with this look. I am glad she lengthened the top as it would’ve received an eyeroll had she kept the runway cropped top. She looks like a scalloped piece of cake and for Leona Lewis, that ain’t bad.
I don’t think she lengthened the top, she just wore the skirt higher.
Something about Leona still doesn’t ever look quite… comfortable. I’m personally still getting used to the hair
I don’t hate it lol. I prefer her stage outfit though. The cropped top works better with the blue pants.
My only complaint is the hair. Too fake looking.
FINALLY she has given up those hideous weird lips cropped tops abnd maxi skirts. she looks great but the performance outfit looks better.

Ehh I don’t like it. Leona really has no style at all, she’s like a mannequin…wears whatever they put her in and calls it a day.

That said, this is better than what she’s been serving up lately, so I give her that.
The outfit itself is okay. In a way looking at it, it looks like a white gown with a tan belt. but the hair has to go.
I’d give it a pass just because she’s not wearing one of her own designs, but it’s actually also a decent look in its own right.
