Most Improved Award
Based on Keri Hilson’s last red carpet appearance, she was the most improved at the 2011 Billboard Music Awards in Las Vegas last night.
The R&B singer wore a chartreuse Rachel Roy dress with sheer bell sleeves.
She opted for a pop of colour via her green belt, with the rest of her accessories in shimmering gold.
We’ve still seen much better from her.

i dont mind the outfit….but whats with the hair! i prefer hair thats much more natural looking, its so yellow. it looks like a bad home-job dye. and the regrowth….yuck
I agree! She looks nice, but could do so much better! The band at the bottom of the dress really calls attention to her thighs and would be much more flattering if it were a few inches longer and straight. Love the sheer sleeves, though.
The hair is pretty bad but the dress is beautiful.
I’m interested to see it without the belt and more vibrant shoes.
My issue with this is the belt. If there was no band across the hem, the belt would work, but there’s just too much going on. The belt is creating too many “bubbled’ shapes.
Hate it. She looks trashy. She has worn Basil Soda and she wears THIS. Where is her stylist???
I actually agree with you. While I don’t like the belt, this is the best that she’s looked in a mighty long time.

I had such high hopes for Miss Jerk. When she first hit the red carpet on this blog, she was a gorgeous brunette with a beautiful figure who made some really great fashion choices. Now, she’s a brassy blonde who seems to work against her attractiveness instead of enhancing it. Too bad.

I kinda dig this look. She stood out, and I think looked pretty cute. I always give girls kudos for wearing bold colors, and that yellow is great.

I love the color of the dress.
I would have liked this is went back to her natural dark brown….some cute asymmetrical cut. Or her hair completely pulled back.
And curiously, I would like to see how this looks with simple leather purple pumps.
