Kirsten Dunst looked beautiful at the “Melancholia” Photocall during the 2011 Cannes Film Festival this morning.
She opted for a chic saffron Chloe chiffon dress with ruched bodice and a loosely pleated skirt which a perfect look for a photocall.
I love the colour; everything about this look is so vibrant and fresh.
Jimmy Choo ‘Ontario’ strappy suede sandals, a daisy ring and a deep pink lip-shade completed her look.
I’m hoping she blows us away at the Premeire tonight.

This is the first time in a long time that I feel that Kirsten actually put forth some effort. I love the dress and the color. Her hair goes with the pretty feminine dress.
She does look simply stunning. What an amazingly simply outfit! Just goes to show that less works just as well as more!

Her hair looks awful. NATURAL blond color please! It doesn’t look good with her face. A redder hued strawberry blonde would actually work well with the ivory-pink tone of her skin. LOVE the dress but not the heels. But this look is lovely. I desire the dress now.

If she didn’t have to compete with the Cannes gowns, I would have said she has a fantastic chance of winning BDOTD. I feel like this is the Kirsten we were excited about circa Spiderman 1 (2001/2002).

I love this yellow color when worn correctly (See: Michelle Williams at the Oscars in Vera Wang and Diane Kruger at the SAG’s in Jason Wu). Kirsten wears this well also. The red lippie was a nice touch.

Mustard is one of my least favorite colors, but this may make me a convert. She looks really wonderful. The whole outfit, right down to the daisy ring, is perfect.
She looks beautiful. The mustard color looks great on blondes with red lipstick as Michelle Williams once defined that for us. I think Dunst has great style.
I think she looks great. This is the best she has looked as far as I can remember. And I love her shoes and the red lippie. They just elevate the look to so much more.

I’ve always liked her as an actress, but Kiki rarely looks like she puts much thought or effort into her red carpet looks. This is the best I can recall seeing her look outside of a movie- hope this is just the beginning of a trend for her!
