   Penelope in Stella McCartney wins for me. I love the frothy tulle & jeweled Marchesa but for some reason that electric blue dress is speaking volumes to me.

   Penelope looks STUNNING. So impressed with her string of looks the past few days, especially after we thought she would continue going black, black and black. That Marchesa is beautiful!

   I loved the way Penelope looked in both her appearances but both her outfits weren’t really something I liked fashion wise so it was hard to chose her as much as I wanted to…..In the end, I went (guiltily) with Diane Kruger in JPG…..uber sophisticated street style, which does seem a weird choice at Cannes…..

    I would have voted for Penelope Cruz in Marchesa, but I just don’t like those bangs! So, I voted for Penelope in Stella McCartney. The dress is beautiful and she looks amazing!
