Yay… Gucci Première is back on the red carpet.
We were first introduced to the Gucci Couture collection during Cannes last year, so I’m glad it wasn’t a one-off and we get to see it again at the 2011 Cannes Film Festival Opening Ceremony.
If ever there was a face (and body) to present Gucci Première, it’s Salma.
Her strapless champagne silk georgette gown has an embroidered bustier of silver beads, sequins, and crystals which cascade over her pleated skirt.
A Gucci satin clutch, side swept hair and silver Boucheron fine jewels complete this look.
It’s now a 3 horse race for my favourite of the day.

I need to invent new words for gorgeous and stunning because the ladies at Cannes are making me wear them out. Salma is no exception. Magnifique!

WOW. Perfection
Finally a look that I absolutely LOVE on Salma. It has been a while for me as i havent been a fan of strapless halter style dress on Salma. But here the fit is Perfection and so is she!
Wow – what a fantabulous Day 1. When I saw Uma Thurman I thought I had my BDOTD, but now am not so sure. I love Salma in this. Her hair, make up, dress – cannot find fault with anything. She looks uber-glam.
