Rose Byrne also attended the 6th Annual Tribeca Film Festival Artist Dinner which was held at the Odeon Restaurant in New York City.
She was of course wearing Chanel.
Her black embellished halter-neck dress is from the Spring 2011 collection, was accented with a belt to give more shape to the dress.
Her simple updo showcased her bang on trend fringe.
Wearing her hair up allowed us to see the delicate embellishments around the neckline.
On this occasion strappy heels would’ve been preferred as her dress is so light and delicate.
The pumps feel a bit heavy for the look.

I so love what sh edid with this dress – for me it is chanel at it’s best. I always feel like chanel looks better modified from the runway, or it seems that way at least, and it is a very hit or miss red carpet designer, because if it looks good, then one has shown an ability to pull off chanel, and if it looks bad, one has managed to have ruined chanel.
She could have done so much with her shoes, they ruin it so much for me.
I agree about the shoes but she looks so cute, anyway.
She blew it with the boring black shoes. This could have been a great look.
