Karl Lagerfeld and Rachel Bilson hit the red carpet to introduce their series of short films inspired by Magnum Ice Cream during the Tribeca Film Festival in New York City yesterday.
Rachel wore a Chanel Spring 2010 Couture dress. We haven’t seen many looks from this collection worn on the red carpet.
Her pink silk embroidered strapless dress was paired with Christian Louboutin black patent Pigalle pumps and a Chanel clutch in the shape of a seashell.
Rachel let her dress do all the talking as her look was kept simple.
She didn’t wear any jewelry, her make-up was kept neutral and her look was complete with chic updo with a few pieces framing her face.
This is a good look, but I do find myself mentally running an iron over her skirt.

i like it but i don’t love it
oh and you’re SO right about the ironing!
Gosh, this is so plain.
I love this dress so much. I’m glad she chose to wear a piece from this collection. She looks cute but I’m not so sure about the hair.
I like the dress but I must say I’m really disappointed by the shoes and clutch.
It’s a cute dress but apart from the ironing issue I feel like it’s a little too big on her
I agree about it looking too big. Makes her look boxy.
Black accessories. With this pink dress in spring. Seriously?
Love Anna’s look
I do too. I tried it on in Paris last week – the jacket is leather with laser cut details- so stunning but at. £ 12,000 for the outfit it was just for fantasizing about. Chanel is so expensive.
I loved it on the runway (not the styling) and i really think that Rachel managed to drag out any life it could have had. Her hair looks about as drab and borign as possible, the clutch is gorgeous, but in black, seriously? The shoes are just wrong, the length is a little long i feel for her and for the dress, it just doesn’t really sit right on her, and the tan lines are really getting on my nerves. The creases are just unacceptable.
it is a gorgeous dress but i do wish she would do something a little more interesting with her hair. kinda weird seeing that even couture pieces have pockets haha.
anna looks fantastic.
The dress seems to overwhelm her tiny frame. Too big & a smidge too long?
I do find myself mentally trying to stop laughing at the picture of Karl and Anna with “Magnum Ice Cream” in the backdrop
i do not like the dress. It makes her look big in the middle.
I think it looks awful on her, but then I don’t even like the dress. However, Anna looks wonderful.
She looks very cute, I love her simple hair and the make-up, but the dress is a bit too loose and really needed to be ironed better.
For some reason, it looks too big. I think that she could have gone down a size.
Rachel’s styling is definitely better than the model. The runway styling makes it look too bridal.
Silver or gray purse and strappy heels …
