Katherine Heigl was spotted arriving at a studio location in Beverly Hills, California yesterday.
She sported a head-to-toe Ralph Lauren Spring 2011 cowgirl look which I have to admit I kinda like.
The blonde actress is totally working the look. Not many would dare to wear this in fear of being ridiculed, but I find it sassy and I love that she totally committed to the look.
Her Beverly Hills cowgirl look includes a white bell sleeved blouse and a Ralph Lauren fringed leather skirt.
She kept the spirit of the Ralph Lauren Spring 2011 collection going by adding a Ralph Lauren bullhead belt and brown suede slouchy boots.
I would’ve loved this look had Katherine opted for sandals like the model and she’d positioned her belt an inch or two higher.
An animal print Valentino bag completed her look.

I hate it. If you are going to do a particular look, commit to it, don’t just put on whatever. Those boots and Grandpa Birmingham belt doesn’t help either…yuck.

I live in Texas – there are thousands of girls here who pull off the country look so much better than this. The belt is too much and it clashes with the boots. The bag is not good. And why is she allergic to good hair?

Hmmmm….I’m not a fan…at least not of this look. I can tell by her strut and that huge smile on her face that she thinks that she is rocking it, but it really looks poorly put together. There is just too much going on here.
You can always tell when her Katherine’s stylist takes the day off.

Yeah, definitely Carolina Herrera going on from the waist up. I think it’s an okay look. I don’t particularly like either look, as I’m not a western fan. I would’ve liked Katherine’s look more if she had lost that belt. It looks like a cheap souvenir from a trip to the stockyard.

I like it, except the boots. I especially like her confident strut in it. The belt, worn where it is, makes her torso look long. It’s probably a fun skirt to swish about in.

Hey, at least she stands out! I think all together it looks a little costumey. It would have been nice to see her switch up the pieces of this. But it’s not hideous by any means.
Just because she doesn’t care if she gets laughed at doesn’t mean we won’t laugh. I agree with another reviewer that she seems to be allergic to good hair! I have a personal hatred for Heigl for her lack of professionalism, but I WOULD give her credit if credit was due. Unfortunately for her, her hair is disgusting, the belt only encourages the costume-y feel with the huge round buckle in the front. The boots are too heavy and really add to the cowgirl idea because she’s wearing TWO shades of suede, the bag is WAY too much pattern for such a costume, and, finally, the sleeves of her shirt make it look like she woke up said “I’m gonna be a pirate today!” and then after putting on a shirt and hoop earrings, said “nope, let’s make it cowgirl.” F.

The boots or the belt, but not both. Also the boots seem a little out of season. I don’t really like the bag, but at least it’s a departure from the cowboy theme.
it’s kinda awful! i saw her sunday at the farmers market with her husband & baby and she was a hot mess. the same awkward silhouette as this one….and her hair in person makes her look like gary oldman as a vampire!
