Evan Rachel Wood was in Washington DC yesterday to attend the premiere of her latest movie, “The Conspirator.”
The blonde actress wore a beautiful multi coloured Jill Stuart Fall 2011 printed dress with a neck tie detail.
I love this whimsical silhouette as its classic with a funky twist, but this dress is more suitable in an office than on a red carpet.
As a former PA this is something I would’ve worn to the office, never on the red carpet.
This look has ‘Joan Holloway’ all over it.
I do however love Evan’s Gucci suede rust peep-toes.
A black Ferragmo clutch completed her look.

it may be too loose-fitting for Joan… otherwise i agree with everything
LOL…Truth, but you get what I mean
You know what though? I kinda like it!!! Her hair is PERFECT, the shoes are heaven, she’s working the hell out of the dress… I rather see secretary-chic that is well presented on the carpet, than a typical red carpet dress with the life sucked out of it by the wearer
I agree. Although it may not be a completely red carpet-appropriate dress, she wears it with confidence that certainly belongs on the red carpet!
Agreed. Definitely BDoTW worthy.
I agree. I found Alexis Bledel’s look from the same RC much more secretarial, and I think that attitude plays a big part in that. Evan is working it.
I really like this outfit. It is different and I like the colors on her. She really makes this work.
I love the dress, but yes I think it’s more suited for an office than a red carpet. I work in records management and I would love to wear something like this to work, alas if only I could afford.
i love it. It’s chic enough for me for a daytime red carpet.
She has styled the look perfectly. Definitely BDOTW for me already.
Don’t like this at all. She looks like a secretary from the ’70′s.
Very boring.
ugh, this looks like something Nancy Regan would wear. She’s far too young & edgy for this look. Hate it.
I agree
It may not be a red carpet dress, but I love it. I like the colors better than those on the runway, and I think Even looks terrific..
She always dresses too old. This look is too mature. She should learn from Anne Hathaway.
