Honorary Country Girl Award
The 2011 Academy Of Country Music Awards took place at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada yesterday.
Nicole Kidman arrived on the red carpet with her hubby Keith Urban wearing a L’Wren Scott Fall 2011 uber sexy dress with a side split.
The fitted python black dress reminded me of a green version Sarah Jessica Parker wore two years ago.
Nicole added a black fur bolero, Fred Leighton jewels and Manolo Blahnik kitten heels to complete her look.
Going back to the green version, I would have loved Nicole in that version.
Despite looking slightly uncomfortable on the red carpet, this is a great look for Nicole. I would’ve lost some of those jewels though, as they slightly over power her look.

She looks so uncomfortable. Like if she moves an inch her dress will split open.
I agree it’s a look that works for her. But I prefer the runway version, with the entire fur bust. I also prefer the model’s ankle strap heels to Nicole’s ones.
I feel uncomfortable looking at her.

I’m sorry but no. This reminds me of the trashbag dress Kesha wore to the VMA’s. When I saw this, I thought “Nicole disappoints again in L’Wren Scott.” Just not my fave at all.

the shoes are all wrong. I know she is trying not to tower over her husband, but a sexy dress like this is ill served by kitten heels. She needs sexy shoes to complete and sustain the look. If you’re going for sexy or bombshell, you need to own the look. Wish Nicole would go all in instead of holding back and seeming uncomfortable.
