Australian actress Abbie Cornish also returned home to promote her new movie “Sucker Punch.”
I wish she had used this opportunity to showcase a local designer, but she opted for a gorgeous Alberta Ferretti Spring 2011 gown instead.
The blonde beauty is having a bohemian phase at the moment as she has picked her second Alberta Ferretti look from the Spring 2011 collection.
Her enchanting silver gown with a tiered floral skirt was accented with a dark grey waistband. Adding a waistband is what she also did with her previous look, and it has worked on both occasions.
A green clutch and long wavy curls completed her look.

That is a pretty weird dress. Not sure I like it, but the colors look good on her.

Abbie’s beautiful but I can’t get on board with this dress.
She makes it looks ten times better, but saying that, she still looks like the lower half of her body has been dipped in algae. I love Alberta Ferreti, but this is just one of those dresses that doesn’t translate into the real world very well.
