Dame Helen Mirren also attended the 2011 CinemaCon Big Screen Achievement Awards in Las Vegas last night, where she picked up the “Career Achievement Award.”
This is her second beautiful dress of the week. She’s on a continual roll.
The British actress opted to wear a light pink Alberta Ferretti chiffon dress with a matching shawl.
I love her complementary accessories which included a Lanvin stitched satin ‘Ouloulette’ clutch and Sergio Rossi heels.
I did a close up to identify her heels and I can also confirm the grand Dame is wearing tights.
If she can go nude there are no excuses for wearing thick opaque tights on the red carpet 
I love this and her Lanvin look.

I’m not nit-picking her tights because she is fab no matter what. She could show up in a robe & slippers and still ooze confidence & beauty.
I think Helen knows her boundaries. She’s not at the beach so legs coverings are OK here, even with an open toe shoe… And the shoes are platform for pete’s sake. I better still be rocking my plats in my 60s!

Another day, another reason to love Helen Mirren. She may be 65, I don’t mean to sound cruel or anything, but those ankle boots were so unexpected for a lady of her age, but I adore them! Perfect, head ot toe, proabably my BDOTW. You can never beat class.

Like a fine wine Dame Mirren only gets better with age! I can give her a pass on the tights/sandals combo simply because the rest of her is just SO RIGHT! Regardless of her age this is just an all around amazing look and she is giving girls like Blake and Leighton a run for their money. Take notes girls, this is how it is done!
She’s amazing. By rights pale pink chiffon should lookk bridesmaid-ish, but she’s as divine as always.
I wish there was a close up on those glam shoes. Mirren looks smashing as usual.
